I started at Rally when I was a college intern and was promoted to Senior Designer, and then to Art Director. My role evolved over the years, spanning from UX design to supporting marketing campaigns. I coordinated with team members throughout the company, as well as with external agencies and freelancers. I was responsible for managing everyday work while consistently setting new long term goals to improve Rally’s branding.

Joined Rally as a 50 employee startup and experienced rapid growth and an IPO.

Managed branding, design, pre-press and setup for Rally’s premier user conference.

Drove Youtube Enagement
Created Agile Chalk Talk videos featuring Rally’s agile coaches, generating tens of thousands of views.
RallyON! Event Design
RallyON was Rally Software's yearly user conference. It grew rapidly and became a major event for agile training with 600+ attendees. I worked with our marketing team to develop the brand, website, stage design, signage and more. I was responsible for design consistency across the many digital and print applications.
I lead the graphic design for the website. We were also one of the first conferences in our industry to launch a full-featured conference app.
I created everything from backdrops, presentations and swag. The vibrant gradient was carefully applied throughout.
Digital Event Backdrop
This reusable, digital booth backdrop was designed for the Agile 2013 Conference. We worked with Proctor Productions to build this booth. The displays are 80-inch TVs. Rather than dealing with large-format printing and month-long turnaround times, we had the freedom to change out event messaging at any time. We often changed messaging for different days at an event. If we learned something new about attendees, we could quickly adapt our message.
1% Give Back Event
This event work helped to promote and celebrate Rally Software donating more than $1 Million toward social impact. Rally pledged one percent of its founding equity, or 24,793 shares, over a decade ago to The Community Foundation Serving Boulder County through the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Colorado.
RallyON! Reception
This circus themed event took place in the Boulder Theater in celebration of RallyON! 2013. The theme was "Rally's Three Ring Circus,” a subtle nod to Rally’s logo and a common Agile metaphor. The event included live music, acrobats, a barker, and many other fun, circus themed attractions. The original, black and white illustrations in the posters are by Keith Bishop.
Digital Graphics
I worked with many product marketers and software developers to create infographics and diagrams. I also collaborated with sales to translate these insights into marketing collateral.
